insomnia causes

Insomnia causes can be divided into: 

   (1) Environmental factors: noise or light disturbance of sleep, heat or cold affect the sleep, bedding is strong or thick or too thin affect sleep. Environmental change such as the hospital or sleep in hotel can also cause insomnia.

   (5) mental illness: depression, schizophrenia, Alzheimer's, anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, borderline personality disorder are often accompanied by insomnia and other symptoms.
 
   (6) drugs: the most common cause of insomnia drugs caffeine, theophylline and a variety of stimulants, as well as inhibitors of alcohol and loss of appetite. This type of insomnia is called rebound insomnia.
 
   (7) sleep disorders associated with: such as nightmares, night terrors syndrome.
 
   (8) primary sleep disorders: such as idiopathic insomnia, delayed sleep phase syndrome or advanced sleep apnea syndrome.
